Help Louie get the best care

Louie is 1.5 years old he was injured while taking his daily walk to the park. When a large dog jumped out of a car attacked him. The attack lasted for over 15 minutes. Louie has spent the last 4 days in the vet. During the first operation he almost passed away twice. He now faces another surgery on his leg. The bill is still going up and its still unknown how long he will be in the vet or if he will need additional surgeries to make him all better. We need your help to make his life the best it can be.
